FiberTite KEE is a proprietary formulation manufactured by Seaman Corporation. The long-term value of our installations has been continually demonstrated as our customers have not had to replace them. 

We offer ribbed panel and standing seam metal roof installations when conditions merit their installation.  We have used the ribbed panels to replace shingle mansards for customers to enhance their buildings appearance. 

Sika Sarnafil has produced quality PVC (Polyvinylchloride) roof membranes for 35 years and has been part of our portfolio for decades.   Summit has installed PVC membranes on factories, schools, and churches.

Summit can apply elastomeric roof coatings for a temporary solution to roofing problems of budget-conscience customers.  We have access to Henry Coatings, HydroStop, ERSystems, and other coating manufacturers.

Thermoplastic polyolefin is a fast growing segment of the single ply roof industry.  Summit is currently certified to install GAF TPO membranes.
